October 2008:
Copernicus has released new Decision Engine and Score Card functionality. The Decision Engine and Score Card functions are seamlessly integrated within the standard Workflow processing, incorporating major business and technological designs that are completely user configurable with integrated database access. Both functions are increasingly important to business strategy in current times and the economic climate. As they are completely user configurable, they can be constantly refined “real time” according to the ever-changing business and market conditions.

September 2008:
Copernicus announces a new ASP Service that provides a hosted facility for it’s established web native SolarQuote and Solar software products. This new service has been designed to provide a simple and low cost “pay as you use” structure that is available for all types of Brokers and Finance Companies.
Available immediately, Copernicus is delighted to announce that Clanray Group will commence using this service in October 2008.

August 2008:
Copernicus has increased it’s CRM functionality to include Marketing Campaigns. All Campaigns can be user defined, automatically selecting Contacts from the standard Solar database, based on pre-assigned Attributes. The system will automate the mail-shots, email-shots and reports, and provide extensive follow-up options, with full monitoring of all results, complete with extensive MIS. As with all Copernicus functionality, the Marketing Campaign system forms a standard (no additional cost) part of the software product and is made available to all existing Clients with a standard Maintenance Agreement with their next software upgrade .
