Copernicus provides both business and IT support to all its clients on all aspects of our products:


Telephone support is offered from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
On-line support using our on-line fault management system. This facility enables clients using our systems to access our support ticket system to update and track the progress of fault rectification.
Web site support including: downloads of recent product updates and releases; details of product changes; technical information including database installation and upgrades; and many frequently asked questions.
